If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of purchase, we will happily give you a refund on the purchase price of the Windbooster Throttle Controller.
Windbooster Australia should be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org or on our Facebook page to first discuss the reason for wishing to return the Windbooster Throttle Controller. It may be just technical help or a simple adjustment needed to rectify a simple problem. Sometimes a simple technical issue outside of the Windbooster may be causing a potential reason for you not being satisfied with the Windbooster.
If you still wish to return your windbooster;
The Windbooster Throttle Controller must be returned in ‘AS NEW’ condition, including a copy of the original purchase receipt. You will be required to pay the return freight, and we suggest that you ask for tracking incase the parcel is lost on the way.
When the Windbooster is returned, we will inspect the unit for any damage. If the unit is returned in good working order we will then initialise the refund. You will be notified by us.
